This place provides excellent customer service I highly recommend
I had some issues at first that almost cost me an additional 70$ due to a computer error but Taco and Amy were very helpful in resolving that problem . Amy was very attentive to guests in the lobby ensuring we all were comfortable during our wait.
The folks at Firestone on Pisgah Church Rd are honest & so nice! I've never had any issues with their service & use them regularly.
Amazing customer service!! Amy was super nice and very clear with wait time and any questions I had. I recommend to come here every time. Waiting room is clean and spacious as well which is always a plus.
