The staff is always friendly and helpful and provide great service.
First off I had an appointment here at 12 got here at 11:45. My usually place was busy and I needed my tires rotated asap. I never had an ensure before ever. My car is an AWD vehicle so my tires are usually rotated rearward cross style. They rotated front to back already. The attitude I got for my request was not it.The lack of simple tire rotation knowledge and the terrible service making me feel like I was a burden is ridiculous.
