I paid for the lifetime balance and rotation on all 3 vehicles I have serviced at this location and for at least 2 years all 3 vehicles were not charged which is shown on all my receipts as NC for all associated tire rotations and balance until now due to payment for this service. Manager Laura Ensminger sees this noted on all the receipts for the vehicle in question a NC for this service. This is only a NC if you have paid for the service. Awful, dishonest, dangerous. Run from Firestone on Skidaway Rd.
I have been a faithful customer since 2002. I have read numerous reviews about the Firestone on Abercorn. All true. Misdiagnose, the mechanics are all greasy clothes. Not good for light interior cars. Slow service do expect a 3-4 hours after your set appointment. Slow mechanics. None of the Firestones in the Savanah Area are any good. I was in the Army for 25 years. And been to many Firestone shops around the country. This is the sloppiest, undependable, unexperience Mechanics or just lazy!
