Staff us beyond rude. Made an appointment and the manager Ricky called to tell me they had call outs so they couldnt see me. When i asked why was I able to make an appointment yet now im being told I cant get my car serviced he told me he didnt have time ti talk to me and hung up.

I brung my car Friday , they suppose to did an oil change , motor mount replacement && oil gasket . They called back Friday afternoon , maybe Saturday I don’t remember & told me I need to keep my car up there until Monday so another Mechanic can look at it . They call back the same day and told me my car was ready and it needed gas bad . So otw to the gas station my car started Jerking bad & wouldn’t go pass 20 & I had to leave my car at the gas station and catch a ride back to firestone . I have had multiple occasions where my vehicle has not even been started on hours after my appointment time. There was an incident where they were unable to remove my lug nuts but refused to use PB blaster or anything similar to loosen them and they didn’t inform me of the complication until hours later when I arrived to pick it up. Had appointment for 7 am . They finally lifted my truck at 0730 . Then another 30 min trying to find a deep well socket to fit lug nuts . Now , we’ll after 8 , 2 tires have been changed

They lifted my car incorrectly during an oil change and broke my exhaust. When I talked with them about, at least twice they either denied it or blamed it on a broken motor mount. I got under the car and you can clearly see where the lift was put on the exhaust pipe, which pushed it up and broke it off the header flange/flex assembly. They have been dishonest with us numerous times. Leaky valve stems, claiming our tires are too worn to rotate the voiding the warranty, etc.

I quit doing business with this place but unfortunately still had tire warranties though them. First time it was over oil changes taking from open till close and not getting done but being charged while having morning appointments. However, I let that go but now they tried to charge me almost 200 to replace a single tire with warranty and roadside. Keep in mind brand new this tire was 120 this place is a complete rip off. I wouldn't recommend at all. I have a turned steering wheel.. I went to someone that said to take it back and they showed me the tie rod end wasnt fastened. And now I have to replace my tires because the alignment was wrong. The manager was very rude and told me he didn't have time to fasten the tie rod end and let me leave like that. I have pictures of everything and I called the Corp 2 times and was suppose to hear something in 72 hours...
