Binghamton store will not honor lifetime alignment and now on road hazard they are not replacing an obvious factory defect (bubble on sidewall). Need any more reasons not to do business try this on they are just rude there.
CROOKS – my car wouldnt start. I had it towed to this firestone. They told me I needed a new battery, new alternator and belt. They charged me $800 but a few days later, my car didnt start again. Got the car back over to them and they now told me I needed an electrical modulator which can only be installed by a dealer. I brought the car to a dealer who said I was clearly ripped off by this place and all I had was a short in some wiring to the modulator.
