I've had nothing but great service with Firestone! The guys are great, check up on everything without me needing to ask, and are very hands on and show me what the problem is when I go in for work to be done. Overall great service and experience!
I would give them no stars if possible. They refused to honor mileage warranty on tires that lasted barely half of promised tread life. DO NOT BUY FROM FIRESTONE!
Prices are inflated to ridiculous amounts, very poor customer service, management changes monthly. I been a loyal customer for 13 years but after my poor customer service today at your shop, it will be my last.
