UPDATE: Spoke to Justin the store manager and he insinuated that I sabotaged my own car. So we have filed a complaint with corporate and are awaiting a call back from the area manager. Took my Nissan into for a basic oil change. I seriously did not realize that an oil change was that difficult. Apparently so. They did not put the air filter back on nor the cap. I didn't even know until I was buying pizza for my kids when my car stalled. I had to get towed to a shop where it cost me $220 to replace the missing air filter and ... read more
Justin and his team were excellent with communication and very accommodating with my vehicle. I highly recommend them!
We always bring our vehicles here! Took car there yesterday for an oil change. You charged my car but didn't change my oil! You may cheat me but not my cars computer! It said 50% life before and after " oil change"! I've spent a lot of money with you but no more! Everybody be warned!
They really care about you at the Greer SC store. They only fix what needed and not add other stufstuff you do not need.
