Firestone once again lived up to their warranty policy on tires. I only come to Firestone for tires and non warranty issues. For whatever reason, my tires wore out in two years. Well thanks to their excellent customer service I did not have to act a fool. Thanks Firestone for always taking care of my vehicle needs and saving me the headache of writing a million complaint letters.
