Being a senior citizen not knowing much about a car. Mark was absolutely a big help to me. He answered my questions without hesitation. The bathroom and the store was very clean. I had a medical appt. at a certain time and they made sure the car was ready for me to keep my appt. Thank you very much.

I called on Friday and was told it was busy could I come on Saturday or Sunday. I chose Sunday and arrived at 10:30am. I was told I would be serviced in between auto repairs. It will be about 1 or 2pm before it will be ready. I live over 30 miles from this store. Now it is 1:30pm and the car has not moved. If I knew I was going to a part time job I would have bought a snack. Then I look up and see this sign. I'm done... but not done waiting.
