my work was done correctly and efficiently
as always service was great. had tires balanced and rotated, and the oil changed. had front end alignment. made appointment with mike, who is always friendly and professional. he worked us in earlier then expected. thats why i always go to firestone. thanks guys.
A few weeks ago I had to get some work done on my car. My father in law helped me get it fixed. They replaced my ball joints and few other things. It cost around 1900 dollars. Less than two days later it started doing the same thing once again. The abs warning light has been on since the day I got my car back. They said they had to order the censor for it and the part should be in that following Thursday. They still haven't called and my car is way worse than it was before I brought it there. Friendly staff quality work
Have had work done at the alcoa firestone in January and then again in March went into the store sunday asked if they could check a check engine light was rudely told no we close in 45 mins its a 5 min check for a loyal customer which kyle had no interest in doing so he then begins to tell me to just leave he cant do any thing about it well its there work that caused the ck engine light to come on will be sending this up the chain
