The worst experience I've ever had! First I wanted to replace 2 headlight bulbs on my truck and was quoted the price of $ 280 because of labor on my truck. I went immediately to Pep Boys and had them done for $56.00. Then I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change for 1pm, I showed up and was told I didn't have an appointment and they couldn't get to me that day. Used to be good. Now they suck. Slow, not competent, shady.
I was referred to this Firestone location on Juan Tabo Blvd by another Firestone member and I was told to have Byron work on my truck. Well not only was Byron rude and nasty but he lied to me and then tried to rob me! He told me that I had a stripped spark plug and that's why there was low compression in one of the cylinders. He said that I needed a whole new engine. After he went back to my truck I asked the kid if Byron could check the compression of the other 3 cylinders for me since he still had my truck open.
