Today I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude and give positive comment to the Lisle Firestone on Ogden. Or, specifically to two of the Firestone corporate employees that I had the pleasure of dealing with over the past month or so. Both Rafael Valdez and Tilson Thompson were fantastic representatives of the Firestone company, (at least where my automotive concerns came into play.) my caliper caught fire the night before and had to get it towed— this is what it looked like when i sent it to the shop. Rafael from 2955 odgen was beyond GREAT. and helped me through it, gave me a tow company who had reasonable prices, and got to firestone that same day. they did great, Rafael is wonderful, very respectful and friendly. I’m not from illinois and this is my first time going to a mechanic out of state. Thank you Rafael!
My wife and I took our vehicle to firestone because the AC went out. We got the AC to work but now something is wrong with her cluster and they are not offering to look at something they may have messed up for free. We did not have this issue before hand and we thought it was just a glitch but has been a problem ever since we left there and I do not believe we should be charged for something that happened after we took it to Firestone. I am very upset by this and will not be back.
