The technicians were patient, listened, took notes, professional, knowledgeable, provided detailed explanations, provided print-outs of diagnostics, recommendations, estimates, …. the technicians were thorough, efficient, and the wait time was adequate and/or reasonable for the service that was being done. Great personalities as well!
