They are a very professional team. Marcin took care of my issues with my car getting my back tires changed, aligned and balanced in under an hour and a half. These guys are quick to do their jobs but also paying attention to detail and giving you assurance and updates throughout your waiting time in the lobby. I highly recommend them and I tell anyone that needs car maintenance done to go to Firestone.
I am always impressed with the professionalism and customer-first demeanor that I encounter at this establishment. I don't know if it's their recruitment or their employee onboarding process, but Firestone is hitting it out of the park when it comes to their employees.
