Showed up at 7am to get a tire patched. Get informed the “guys” don’t start till 9am. Why are you even open at 7am then. Place is as pitiful as the Discount tire just down the road
Was ignored. Walked out because employees walking around not helping me. Then when someone did say may I help you I asked about tires and brakes. He then proceeded to answer the phone and ignore me.
Called and they said they close at 6 told them we were coming down for an oil change then when we got here they said oh it’s too late now like okay couldn’t tell me that on the phone ?
Had to drop my car off this morning for flat tire. They not only fixed tire but also fixed a battery cable problem (with no charge), they really did me a solid on this work�
This new store manager sucks!!!! Being by the book tends to push customers away. Where's the old management?
