I was in a bind...an important meeting to attend and of all things a flat tire. I knew where the nail punctured the tire I would need a new one. The techs got after it right away and had me out of there with a little time to spare so I could make my meeting. The counter folks were extremely polite and worked well with me.
I am treated well, and work is completed in a reasonable amount of time!
Not happy and never coming back! $50 waste of time for an oil change!
Complete failure. 30 minute job not done two hours later...not even started. Tried to charge me for a tire repair on a tire that was replaced...Then argued about it not being a mistake? Try Bob Sumeral!
