Completely unprofessional and unorganized. Dropped my truck off for an oil change on Saturday night, giving them all day Sunday to do it. After waiting all day I call at 5 and find out not only are they closed but they didn't have time to do a simple oil change and didn't bother to contact me. All this after having tires put on 2 months ago where again I asked for an oil change and did not receive it in addition to getting the incorrect tires. Absolutely ridiculous
Great, honest, caring place! Jeff the Service Manager got my car in at the last minute after I tried 4 other places - he was willing to squeeze me in with no appt to check out my problem even though his shop was closing in an hour on a Friday night. His shop fixed the issue in 30 min that ALL others said was a huge job, AND even did a quick complimentary inspection (identifying a few maintenance things I needed to take care of at my next oil change). Saved my life! Will be servicing my car here from now on. Thanks again!
If I could tell you about my service I would. But this Firestone decided to call 30 mins before my scheduled appointment and tell me they would have to cancel. Giving me no time to find a new place (in such little time), that could change my oil. So thanks Firestone- for doing your jobs so poorly. This would've been my first Firestone service, and although it didn't happen this time- it won't ever happen another time.
Fantastic service !!! Traveling through and had a brake light fail - Called and they provided kind and immediate attention near closing time!!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you, Brent !!!
These guys (and girls) were great! They fixed my car at closing time! Jeff is a great employee and deserves some accolades!
