Sadly they're not honest and they try to scare you into doing more than you really need done. This has been my experience at numerous locations all over CA, so it seems like this is an ongoing "policy". Its sad because Firestonebhad always been a very reputable place to go. Hoping maybe Corporate will turn its values around and go back to quality instead of greediness.
They are extremely helpful courteous! DJ is the best! I would have given 5 stars but it took 2 hours. They have a new, very satisfied customer!
There was a huge nail in passenger side front tire of my Honda Pilot car. DJ Evans, the store manager working on Sunday, was so honest to repair that tire instead of changing a new tire. I really appreciate his service of honesty as his company founder in this Firestone auto business!
