I came in for an oil change and advised the counter staff that my expectation is that nothing else on my vehicle will inadvertently be broken as is customary with some car care organizations just as a forewarning - I asked upon work completion if there were any issues and the response was no. Sure enough as I arrived home to verify work I could not open my hood as the hood latch was broken and inop. Raul appears to be an honest individual who makes a point to treat all customers with respect.
Special shout out to Raul from Firestone. I appreciate every tech that helps out. They are all nice and make the process smooth, but when I see that Raul is in I know that it is going to be a great time. They do good work at a reasonable price. I get all my car work done here…. Honda accord 2015 (212 K miles) This shop keeps me running!
This location always offers quality service and customer care. Raul always makes sure I have the best tires and following up on my basic maintenance needs. I would highly recommend going here, in addition to great customer care, they do timely work.
