If I could zero stars I would THEY ARE THEIFS stole $120 out of my wife’s arms rest. She had a total of $136 and they left 16 dollars Manger Omar won’t even return our call we always have to call up there it’s been going on 2 weeks now Saying they are not responsible for damages to personal property Hence me bringing my personal vehicle for you to work on it doesn’t get more personal than that
Big shout out to Jim, Cassie and Omar! Thanks to some issues with my warranty external of Firestone we ran into some hiccups but the level of care and respect was never impacted. I recommend coming to this location, the friendliness and customer service was refreshing and truly appreciated. Thank you for getting me back on the road!
