The technician Adrian did well and answered all my questions that I needed. But on the other hand the supervisor Adrian had an attitude and was rushing him while I was getting questions out. I paid for services and all. I just wanted to know what exactly what was going on with my vehicle and I got that while rudely interrupted. Other then that Adrian V. got me tooken care of and I’m satisfied. Thanks Firestone.
Second guessed my self by being “ that guy” who came in at the last minute to get a patch done in u tire. Darcy welcomed me in as if I was the first customer of the day. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Awesome experience!! Came in right after work right before close and they got me in and out in no time at all, highly recommend this place even if you are on the other side of Lubbock, worth the drive!!
I bought tires on Jan.6th this year. I was not happy with them so I returned to this place to get an even exchange under the 90 day try and buy campaign. I was within the 90 days so when they told me I would be paying $411 because the tread was at 6/32. I let them know that is within the guidelines per their info online. The worst place I've ever seen!! I was thrown out of the store because I called corporate to complain about them not honoring the tire warranty!!! Well now I've filed everything with everyone I can, I hope they are shut down and all are fired!!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE!
