Manager Andrew Crookham (what a great and appropriate name) is an absolutely reprehensible and irresponsible person. He is not used to customers holding him accountable. I had 2800 dollars worth of work done. I was told that they checked the car thoroughly. They certainly didn't. I broke down a few days ago. My engine almost seized, and I could have been killed.
