Love this place. I bought the lifetime alignments and got a Firestone card over five years ago, and it has been very worth the money. I have gotten a set of tires and try to get all of my maintenance done here. The customer service is always on point. I recommend it to everyone!
I have used firestone since 2007. When I change vehicles and need services such as alignment, I always buy the lifetime service. This is the first time I have been denied services. Yesterday, I was told the tread was too low and I needed a new tire. I declined and just wanted my flat fixed. I was pointed to a competitor shop instead and then I could come back for the other services I requested. Great Staff, Great Prices, and Great Customer Service
They fixed the issue that needed to be resolved and this is the only positive note I can make. They were supposed to call when my vehicle was ready and yet no call or text was received. When we tried calling the first time to check if our vehicle was ready, no one answered the phone. They responded the subsequent call. Upon arrival there were several employees standing around congregating and after about 5 minutes of waiting to be assisted someone came out to greet me.
