you beat go into this place woth a good attitude, or YOU'RE part of the problem. I've had nothing but good experiences here. I've also been one who's had to wait 5 hours in the waiting room for my truck. But this is an auto shop. If people still think juggling customer appointments and problems which arise on vehicles as they're being worked on won't alter wait times, get your head on straight. Great customer service!
Failed to perform all requested maintenance. The hourly shop rate they charge is $190 an hour about 50-100 more than average. There desk attendant was stammering nervously and had an untrustworthy vibe to him. No slander just facts and observations.
