My wife and I were driving to Evergreen from Twin Lakes when all four of our tires developed a serious cracking defect. No shops between Frisco and Evergreen would help us get four tires late on a Saturday, but we called and spoke to Jeremiah at Firestone, who literally called his Warehouse and drove himself to pick up the exact brand size four new tires New tires that fit our incredibly rare Jaguar. They did oil change for me, they were fast and efficient, nice guy's!
Came in Sunday 4/6 to get brakes replaced, was told at first it probably wouldn’t be done until Tuesday. Even though I had to wait a little while they were able to replace my brakes the same day. I really appreciated it!
No wait. Did the rotation and did not make up things for me to get fixed.
If I could give zero stars to the Evergreen, CO facility, I would. They missed sensors that should have been fixed and numerous weights have fallen off after balancing. (I get they are put on with stickers now, but them falling off means their mechanics are not cleaning and drying the wells to ensure they stick. Ya wanna ask me questions about this happening, I'm wide open to answer.)
