Walked in for my appointment, when I made the appointment, I didn't have the option to install tires. But when I mentioned I needed to have tires put on, the service writer originally told me he couldn't do it because there was only one tech in the shop today, but when I mentioned that I would've been charged an hour for an inspection, it only takes an hour to install tires, he then told me the tires machine was broken and could maybe do 1 or 2 tires the rest of the day. Great service from Andrew in trying times! My river rafting daughter stopped in for an oil change before driving home to Vermont. Unfortunately, the oil filter gasket ruptured not long after the change. It happens sometimes. Firestone paid for the tow, plus a new filter and oil, and got her back on the road. It wasn't obvious at the time, but the rupture also contaminated the oxygen sensors, causing more trouble for my wife and daughter on the drive back to Vermont.
