Not all the locations are so great, but I'm currently at the location on Eaton Street in Denver, and the customer service has been supurb. I was nervous coming here today but I was pleasantly surprised when I got here. Definitely a 5 star review for this location.
I thought the manager would like to know how much Greg hates his job. You would be doing him a favor to let him go and maybe he can find a job where he won't be such a jerk. I will be buying my new tires across the street.
Made an appointment with Eric Sechrist this morning for a simple oil change at 5 p.m. and was told at time of appointment it would take 30 to 45 minutes. Guess I will be closing the store at 7 p.m. Doesn't appear to have many customers waiting either. Yup ~ still waiting (6:45 p.m.) and car just pulled into shop to be worked on! �
They have taken care of three family cars over the last 15 years. Never a problem.
