CJ @ Matteson location was professional in communication and clarity with services needing completed. They even managed to complete the service by closing which was a huge help with my personal logistics!
Customer service was not handle well, nothing was done to my car other than adding oil. Was not satisfied with the service.
I had several questions related the my vehicle. The service tech was so courteous and patient with me. As a senior citizen this is very important to me. He answered all of my questions and also offered helpful tips to me regarding the maintenance of my vehicle. He explained the charges carefully. He gave me an estimated service time and the job was finished within that time frame. He was so professional. I was extremely pleased.
