I always bring my vehicle here. The manager Chris Parks is ALWAYS SO HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!! FIVE STARS.. He is always on point and gives me options. Although you all should hire more people because it's always busy everytime I go in and I noticed seems understaffed. I would recommend this Firestone location. I live across town but always go to this one because of Mr. Parks's customer service knowledge.
