I had a horrible experience at this shop today. The service was terrible. I arrived 15 minutes early to my 10:30 AM appointment. I had to wait an hour until my vehicle was even moved. And then I had to wait two hours just to get a battery replaced. I already told them all I want was a battery and I had to be at work soon. They told me some excuse that the tech was taking forever because the bolts were rusted. I SCHEDULED an inspection of my vehicle for 5 p.m. I clearly selected that I would be waiting for my vehicle. Subsequently, the appointment was CONFIRMED for 5 p.m. I drive to the location which was a 45 minute drive from where I was, only for them NOT to honor my appointment.
