I can tell a difference in the car so that's great. However the price was extreme and still have not received an invoice as promised.
I always come to Firestone in Matteson IL. The Manager Chris ALWAYS makes me feel valued and appreciated, he makes sure any automotive needs I have are met. I also like when Chester works on my Vehicle. The other mechanics are fine also, but over the years my vehicle has been serviced by Chester and he always answers any questions.
When I came in I told them issues and that i needed car by 5 just fix issues no worry on cost They claim to have called me recieved none 2nd number on file when I called they say sent email I ask is my car done as requested on drop off he said no it will take another hour to put 2 tires on I can change my tire in less time my tires should have been under warranty as I brought them from firestone I had to buy new at full price which I wouldn't have minded if my tires were fixed at time I came to pick up my car but instead the... read more
