Very slow poor service!! Only 1 guy doing everything horrible customer service skills takes over an hour to rotate my tires and then hands me back a damaged lug nut that he says was damaged on arrival??? They just put new tires on my car 5000 miles ago and not a single thing was said!!!??? So now I have to fix firestones mistakes!!���
Went in for a scheduled 11:30am appointment just for an oil change an I asked them to take my spare off and put my regular tire on. That was it the only service I needed yesterday. But I didn't leave there with my keys an paperwork till 1 50ish...couldn't believe it! Luckily i declined a "courtesy vehicle inspection" or else I'd of been there till 3 or maybe later by there standards of service. Customer service is none existing at this place. .
This store treated me unethically. They quoted me one thing and then when the car was completed the bill was higher than agreed on. I do not trust them and will not be going back!
