Waited a super long amount of time they didnt check the things I mentioned i Had issues with checked out other things told me I had a whole bunch of stuff wrong and wanted 4000$ for it. Left with my car working worse then when I brought it in. I brought it back to make it driveable and left after getting no work done besides a general inspection. Went to a local shop was quote 600$ for the 4000 they wanted worth of work come to find out I didnt EVEN NEED THE WORK THEY SAID I DID. Stay far away.
The customer service was timely and efficient that was complimented by wonderful and time service. I would recommend Firestone at arbor land to anyone who needs auto repair and service.
My rv had a flat and they ordered the correct tire and installed it. Easy peasy
I have had satisfaction for years with Firestone's service.
