Earlier this year, I purchased four brand new tires for my F150 from this Firestone location. Today, I brought my truck in because a nail caused a slow leak in one of the tires. When I asked the service man if someone could drop me off at work (just a couple blocks away at a school), he responded that it was “up to service” and immediately elevated his voice when I tried to clarify how close my job was.
