Had excellent and fast service on a tire repair. They got my tire fixed in about 30 minutes, didn't try to upsell me anything, everybody was super friendly and polite. I give this location a very high customer service rating, especially for tire service. Edit: Had another visit for an oil change with excellent service at a good price. I've always been treated well and fairly at Firestone at Arborland.
Walter was extremely helpful and courteous! Go to him and he'll go the extra mile.

Vehicle was there for 2 weeks.Came out started the vehicle check engine light was still on and they had someone come out and clear the codes.As we pull off the brakes are making a loud screeching sound.I said hey did someone test drive this vehicle; he said yes.Then I’m like this is not the kinda work I expect from Firestone and being an over 10 year customer.There is no way someone test drove it and saw the check engine light and did not hear the loud brakes after a brake fluid exchange was done.I doubt I’ll be back to Fire... read more
