I think I'm in need of a new mechanic. Last time I came in for rotation and alignment you tried to get an oil change out of me, but I was sitting in the waiting room and caught it. Today I come in for a rotation and alignment again minutes after getting my oil changed at Subaru and you changed my oil while I was getting dinner!!!!!! Minutes old oil down the drain!!!!! I could not be more upset!!!! It's like you are trying to sneak it in and take advantage of the customer when they are coming in for already paid for services.
I went in to have my cam shaft sensor replaced. Over the phone they said they had the part and could fix it. When I picked my car up, the light came right back on. I had it reread and it told me the cam shaft sensor, again. I took right back and the guy got an attitude with me. I even asked if there was a possibility if there were 2 sensors. He said he didn't know and did not look it up. He then tried to tell me to do a diagnostic check for another $100. I took it to my local machanic and he said it was the original sensor t... read more
The customer service was above good. Helped me out. Got me in needed my car inspected was a month behind. Good deal on my tired too.
So slow! I waited 2 hours for a simple oil change!
Don't ever come here if you set an appointment they don't stick to the scheduled time!!! I waited 2 additional hours past my ready time!
