Charlie and Javier wrote the book on customer service. I have been a customer for many years and from day one I have been treated in a professional and courteous manner. This is no easy feat especially at this location with the added traffic from the Lee Trevino customers. I have many options to take my vehicle to get it maintained at. However, I'm willing to drive the extra distance since my home store on Lee Trevino is closed. This is due to these great men and your great deals and quality work.

I had the best customer service experience from Charlie! He is a thoughtful and caring man who treated me like family! My tire was fixed and I felt overwhelmed to have been treated like I mattered. Being a single mom, budget is tight but I was not taken advantage of. In fact the consideration give to my time, my need to go to work, and my vehicle was more than I could’ve hoped for. I highly recommend and if you do ask for Charlie! He is a compassionate man who cares about his customers!
These guys are so professional! I made an appointment, even showed earlier and they took care of me as soon as possible! I was there for not even 45 minutes. Totally recommend it!

I took my tire to be fixed for a flat and it has been the most expensive and lengthy wait to fix it , I took it Sunday at 930 am they told me about an hour an a half It was not ready until 1215 pm and it cost 30.73 to fix a Firestone Tire I have been a customer for over 10 years but the cost of the repairs has gone to the roof please don't take you vehicle there if you do not want to be ripped off. : (
I come the day before and they ask to keep the car overnight. So I get here at 6:30 om and after telling them at about 2:30 pm we aren't getting the car serviced they still have tires off and lifted up. I think my car was here long enough.
