Had Firestone mount some new winter tires. When trying to remove the wheels to put on my summer tires, I found two lug nuts to be over torqued, almost impossible to remove by hand, and when removed, the lug posts were damaged and wouldn't take a lug nut. I have the car at a different shop now getting fixed, since a lug post snapped off after they tried to remove the lug nut. I now need to replace two lug nut posts.
On 5/12/2018 my car broke down in Pa. while I was visiting my family for Mother’s Day. I am a resident of Maryland. I was sitting at a light in Bethlehem, Pa. with my children in the car and I heard a loud sound and then my car wouldn’t move. I had my car towed to a local Firestone. (1751 Airport Rd. Dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am for some work. Sitting in the waiting room at 6pm and pretty sure I will not be on the road anytime soon. My bad for not setting expectation that leaving it for the day did not mean sitting here in the waiting room in the evening.
Great work as always !! I always use these guys for a alignment since they have a rack big enough for my truck!!
They did a great job, went above and beyond what was asked or expected. Excellent care and work done. Will definitely be back!
