RecommendedGreat customer service! The staff were very professional and courteous. The wait was reasonable...they got it done within the time frame promised, considering they are short handed.
I feel very disrespected with the service I have been experiencing. After 2 mess ups I have not complained about until now and noticing the over pricing on parts. Extremely High. Rotors for example 90 to 120 at Auto Shop not to mention the industry discount you guys get it for yet still charging me 400 plus labour.
The upselling prices are ridiculous why Rotors cost 140 tops plus labour 250 sounds reasonable nope 450 for just the rear side.
