Had my appointment to get my oil changed and tired rotation done. So went there checked in my car waited in the waiting room for my car. They finished my car got down the road thinking to myself, they did ok. Checked my oil and it was still at 40% didn’t change the meter back to 100% and didn’t put air in my tires. I was driving and my tire light came on and, like you could at least told me, I had a bad tired or something, no didn’t tell me nothing. Muy mala experiencia he venido tres veces a aliniar mi vehiculo y no ha sido muy bueno he tenido que esperar 8 horas, y yo no estoy en ese lugar de gratis yo pague bastante dinero para cada vez que nesecite linear mi vehiculo me den buen servicio no un mal servicio de verdad que el servicio con la persona del counter no es buena con los clientes en verdad me siento muy incomoda con este servicio.....Yo soy una clienta que estoy pagando mi dinero...
Called up there three times and was hung up on twice. Dropped a car off for a tire rotation and they didn't bother to do it. Said they could do it first thing tomorrow morning. Guess I dont need a car to go to work. Place is a total joke. Avoid completely.
