Honest. Quality. Professional. Friendly. This is the best Firestone in the area! It feels like a local mechanic than a chain. I have brought my truck in thinking I needed to replace the brakes and they said there is still some life in them if you want to drive it a few more months. I finally got the brakes done and helped me with the price as much as they could.
I been here for 2 hours oil change.. my car was ready an hour ago but they still on the phone with other clients

Absolutely terrible!!!! Made a 12:30 appt to get a nail removed. Truck didn’t even get touched until 2:30. Management didn’t care. Employees walked around like they had nothing to do. Will be emailing corporate to let them know about this dump.
