Jack the manager is very helpful, answers any questions and never makes one feel foolish. We send all of our cars there for tire work, brakes and oil changes. It is not free but we feel that we have gotten value for the work performed.
This is the best mechanic shop in town! I have had two vehicles get serviced at the Winter Haven Firestone and the gentleman that work there are a pleasure to work with! Jack is always so kind and prompt and my car issues are taken care of same day in a matter of hours. Great and fair pricing about a third of what they charge at the dealer. Cant recommend them enough!
Came in to have them look over and fix issues caused by repairs from another shop. The team quickly diagnosed a big issue and promptly fixed the car and got me on my way all at a reasonable price. Shout out to Zachary, Jack and Hector for all of the expert care and attentional to detail. Will be back for everything car maintenance and repair. Highly recommend them.
