Pearla was very great at helping me choose the tires that work best for my truck and has very good customer service and helped answer any questions I had.
Took my car in for an alignment, and came out with a lengthy list of “required” repairs. The mechanic told me that my brake pads and rotors were super worn and had to be replaced, so I bought the parts to install. Come to find out, that was a big fat lie. My brake pads are not worn at all, even though the invoice states “worn and noisy”. I wish I believed it wasn’t intentional, not just money grabs from “naive” woman.
Great communication, on time , quality service. please call ahead or book appointment through online. Make sure you gather all service needs/issues ahead of time. it is a busy environment, need to help the team to help you. Also make sure you communicate to inform if they identify any additional issues which can be fixed during the visit.

Took my truck to Woodinville Firestone and when It was done, I went home and immediately realigned it because it was such a bad job. I made a new appointment in Redmond with Firestone 10 out of 10 would recommend them every time been struggling with this truck for two years and they took care of it no problem no questions asked My Truck is a ram 2500 2nd GEN
