They never do the alignment and not giving the receipt either. I left my car for over 4 hrs, but I noticed that alignment was not done. They said they are gonna send the summary receipt on my email which never did. Same thing happened to my friend. Please change your employees and the front desk guys, they not only doing their job, they lie too
It was raining and one of my wipers came off. With two pups in the car and driving by myself I looked for the nearest place to me and selected Firestone. Andreas answered the phone, helped me and when I arrived promptly took care of the problem, which thankfully was a quick fix. So grateful for great customer service in this day and age (and for a live human on the other end of the phone :)

I had a wonderful experience visiting this place! Andreas i believe his name is was the one to help me out and helped me pick out a good set of tires! Was a little nervous to go in as i don't exactly know what kinda tires my car needs but he helped me find the right ones and was super nice and respectful when going about it. Will be coming back for all my future tires!!
Really great shop, I always comes back here. Super attentive and helpful stuff that ready to dedicate they time and explain the whole process. Ryan was amazing to help me with my problem really fast. Really appreciate it.
