Good service team. The manager Andreas was super helpful and very informative. They had great prices and time for repair. Absolutely recommend.
I called the Issaquah branch today at 5 PM. I asked if they had availability to repair a tire and they said yes. I told them I would bring it right down. At 5:30 PM I arrived and they told me they were closing up. So I called the Redmond branch and asked if they had room for me. Parsa Answered the phone and said yes. Parsa and Eduardo Repaired my tire with a great attitude and got me on my way! They’ve got a great team there.
The second star is only for the person I was talking to been nice and friendly as possible! I have been a Firestone customer ( last set of tires for my Jeep, at least $900+, I bought a couple years ago. The BMW, I'm driving now, have a tires saying: Firestone... one of them needed to be repaired (screw hole). To drive it home I put a temporary plastic plug in, from O'Reilly.
