I have been going to Firestone in Queensbury ny, for over 2 years. Anytime I have been there, it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is absolutely amazing. I will not go anywhere else!
Had a nail in my tire and was losing air quickly. They went out of there way and got me right in and repaired tire quickly. Very nice place to get service.

Made an appointment for 2 cars, one after the other. Told them to call when one car was done so we could switch out the other car. They never called, I waited 6 hours. They claimed because I said I was coming back and not waiting, that that meant I was dropping it off & they would get to it when they could. Not sure what the point of having an appointment was.. In the end they did an alignment & oil change on one vehicle. Never reset the settings, and told me I had a broken tire stud that was going to be $700 to fix. Gave me... read more
