I brought in my vehicle for a wheel bearing replacement, and was quoted $1800 as they also tried to say my caliper pin was frozen and my brake was 100% worn (on top of having a “dirty” air filter and bad hood shocks). I was immediately skeptical and was able to bring it to another local shop, who gave a much better price and also found absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes. I will confess that I usually have my car regularly serviced at the dealership I bought it from but Firestone is my go to for any unexpected emergency such as the random pothole induced flat tire I got on my way to work the other day. They always do a great job and the same day "while you wait" service is awesome. I think the value of the service they offer depends on how you feel about the car you drive.
