Hello all and let me start by saying “it’s a beautiful day here,” Ryan is so awesome! He helped me navigate getting the information I needed to have my insurance take care of my car. Even though Firestone was not equipped for the major repairs my car needed. Ryan was willing to take my call multiple times, and even speak with my warranty company to provide his expert referral to a new mechanic. Quick and excellent service.
After visiting another store that told me I would have to wait all day I called this store and got my vehicle serviced and fixed within 2 and a half hours. John was very professional over the phone and in person after my vehicle was finished. Justin didn't hesitate to answer my questions and he knew what the problem was once diagnosed. Overall this was one of my better visits to a Firestone location. This will be my new store for future car and truck service. Once again very professional employee's.
