I had an alignment and state inspection performed. No upselling. I'm happy.
Went in to get a wheel balanced after waiting over an hour manager came ant told me one of my wheel studs was just spinning and they would have to cut it off and install a new one and it was going to cost $250. I insisted on looking at it got to my vehicle and the story changed to it was cross threaded when it was already 3/4 the way off. I told them not to tighten it back down just put the other lug nuts back on, and I would take care of it at home. They put the Lug nuts back on, pulled it out to the parking lot. Ryan R Revees is the reason I passed 10 tire shops to come to this Firestone. It’s a 55 minute drive in low traffic and it’s worth the trip because the quality of service and the spirit of excellence that he maintains and teaches his employees. Their service excellence is not measurable on a scale from 1 to 10, because it is beyond it. I would have to say that I will never go to another tire shop unless Ryan stops working here.
