Ryan R Revees is the reason I passed 10 tire shops to come to this Firestone. It’s a 55 minute drive in low traffic and it’s worth the trip because the quality of service and the spirit of excellence that he maintains and teaches his employees. Their service excellence is not measurable on a scale from 1 to 10, because it is beyond it. I would have to say that I will never go to another tire shop unless Ryan stops working here. Great customer service at the Firestone Watauga location.
I've been to the location on Denton highway a few times and always had a great experience. They are always informative and efficient. During my last visit I was quoted a price using a coupon for July. I went back in this month and the price was a bit higher. Ryan went through all their current deals one by one and found a discount that got me closer to the price I was quoted last month. He was so kind and went out of his way when he did not have to.
John at the desk was very attentive and transparent with services and their prices and the job got done quickly as wel.
