Good tires, fair price, fast, in and out service for state inspecition.
I had my oil changed, tires balanced and rotated, and inspection. Had to go back a few days later because the tires didn't feel right. When I got there no questions were asked about anything, they just rebalanced my tires. Great experience. Will keep going back.
This location is incompetent. I bought a battery in January 2023. Had issues with it. Took it back to this location twice. They kept saying it was nothing wrong with it. Took it to the Ford house. Paid $200.00 to find out they put the wrong size battery. Call other Firestone in the area and they said the same thing Ford said. The manager and the his team are very unprofessional and incompetent. The only person who was helpful was the one at the front desk.
