Marquis is the perfect example of how an organization should take care of their customers. Communication was excellent…he kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle. He made sure I was satisfied with what was going on at his store. If you need someone to train future employees…Marquis is who I would recommend. Thank you for taking care of the issues that I got from a different Firestone location.
I dropped off my car for regular maintenance and specifically asked them to check my brakes cause i heard some sounds. They did a half ass job and told me there was no sound. Just 4 days later, my brakes and calipers broke down and almost got me into an accident. Your carelessness is astounding.
There is always room for improvement. Good customer service.
Good service !
