I was able to purchase a great set of Firestone tires and take advantage of many rebates as well as an opportunity to grow my credit score. And they didn't hound me for the corporate upsells. The lobby environment was clean. Maintenance of building was also top notch. Only thing I saw was the HVAC filter intake vent in lobby ceiling needs attention for better air quality. I was a walk in and was in and out with a new set of tires with no hassles, or complications. Service was friendly and tires were priced right.
Sunday morning, towing a trailer from Anniston to Athens. TPMS goes off between Alexandria and Glencoe. Tire is hissing, get it filled up enough to get to this Firestone. Pulled in at 810 (just after opening) and left at 915. Thankful for them being open on Sunday AND getting us right in and out. Kids enjoyed the waiting area, including the corn hole. Yall saved my day
