They lie about parts they put on your car and tak you for a ride for every penny you got. Corporate does not care that you've been screwed over or charged for services not rendered. I do not recommend anyone going to any firestone they are liars and do not care about their customers just how high they can get the bill.
I was impressed and surprised by the speed and customer service with today's visit. The very helpful and courteous demeanor from James was refreshing and inspiring, that customer service with a emphasis on delivering this in a timely manner insurance helping me that other businesses in the field will once again be able to return to this delivery of services which I was failing to believe was even possible these days. Live out of town. I Ran over a nail had to get it repaired.. They were able to get me in and out in 30 minutes.
