Jamie and his staff did an excellent job.
Our 2004 Honda Civic was worked on by their mechanic who put a too big hose on and bent it to make it fit. The mechanic put belts on about 2 weeks ago and didn't tighten the alternator belt. My husband had to pay more money to a different mechanic both times to fix what Firestone was paid to fix. Ridiculous. Low down...
I usually go to firestone in Boise Idaho and have always had a good experience but I recently relocated to Gadsden Alabama and the service was abysmal to say the least. I scheduled the appointment with everything I needed done and checked and only 2/7 of those requests were completed. I verbally explained some issues I was having and wanted checked to both Jeremy and Larry and nothing was done about it.
