The firestone at Reems/Grand avenue is terrible. Don't have anything done here besides an oil change, and even then I question if they put new oil and a new filter on. But I was there in early April and my car sounded worse when I left after $1000 timing belt replacement. Their "master tech," Adam, is not a master at anything except NOT knowing how to do automotive repairs. This is our first experience with this location. We were extremely pleased with the way the manager (Mike), related to us; which made us feel confident in the way our car’s service was handled. The expense was significant, but we believe we came away with a job well done.
These guys did a great job with my lifted trucks alignment. They where very professional and answered all my questions questions and made some great suggestions. Will be going back again when services are needed. Thanks guys.
They were able to get us in right away and take care of our issue. Friendly and informative.
