Recommendedon our way from San Diego to Sedona with 4 adults and 3 children when my tire went flat. they got me in and out it 20 minutes even thought they said it would be a hour. very helpful.
First time I went here and they forgot to put my car back together we had to go back they next day for them to put the bolt in the belly pan that was hanging. Luckily I didn’t damage it from driving it.. not sure if I will go back as they didn’t apologized or compensate us for this.
These guys went up and above the Call of duty with me. I live close right down from this shop. My battery died and they even voluntaried to come jump me and give me a ride to the shop. Then they found a coupon to get me a better price. I didn't even have to ask.!! I need a new tire soon and i know where im getting it!!
So glad to see Rene, he's the best!! I used to go to the Sun City Firestone branch which he used to be the Service manager. I would recommend Surprise branch 100%!!!!
They had the Tire I needed but was surprised that they would not give me a brake on the price due to Road Side Hazard and would not give a Military or Cash discount of any kind but at least I got a tire and got back on my way but they ought to give a man some kind of a brake when you Buy your tires from them

Fast and friendly service. Santana was able to get me in right away on a Sunday-just before closing to repair my tire. Thanks for helping me get to work on Monday morning!
