My tire pressure light came on so I wanted to try another firestone instead of the one in surprise near cotton and bell. They took great care of me and took me right away! I had my dog with me as well and they didn't mind one bit which I really appreciate. Great customer service! Thank you so much I will be back.
Im in Awe, my son decided he was buying my car all four tires, but he works night so we got here 30 mins after closing because he woke up late. The staff was on their way out but asked us what we needed anyway, they decided to stay late to get us the tires we sooooo badly needed, then they tell me my car really needs an oil change, and its true I was telling my son last night that the next thing i needed to do was get an oil change. The guys here are great! They do awesome work and won't try to talk you into anything you don't need!!
For me it was a great experience. Everyone that I met there was so professional. The wrong size tires came in and they caught it and we got the right size reordered and they prioritized me on their schedule for next week. Couldn't be better people.
Had the best experience today!!! Went in because my head light was out and there was no way my boyfriend or I could get it off to change it, my boyfriend just had surgery and couldnt physically work on it. We brought it in and Rich the area manager went out and worked on it, got my bulb changed and then when asked what we owed for his labor said nothing just glad to help, come back some time!
