I've been to quite a bit of Firestone's and this one beats all of them. I had a flat the morning of Memorial Day and they took me in right away and had me on the road within an hour. No B.S upsell sales tactics and kept it professional.
Honestly just wanted to say thank you to the Firestone team. I had gone to Pep Boys first because my Enterprise rental needed an oil change, waited almost 2 hours, then got told they couldn’t do it because the car was a 2026 model. That made zero sense to me and I left pretty frustrated. Came over to Firestone after that and the experience was completely different.
