Jason is very efficient, warm and helpful to the customers. You can tell that he has had a lot of experience with cars and customer service. He is rushed but you never feel he is too busy to listen to your concerns. He deserves an award.
Diagnosed and fixed a persistent oil leak I had that no one else could seem to track down. They fixed that as well as a couple other issues in less than a day, at a reasonable price. Staff was incredibly professional, courteous, and fast. Great service!
Scott was very helpful and kind. He went out of his way to help with some minor issues I had coming from Mississippi! I would truly recommend coming and dealing with Scott he is very knowledgeable and understanding. The service I received was above and beyond! Highly recommend this Firestone!
