Excellent service! We were just passing through on a road trip when our car started having issues. The team got us in quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had us back on the road in no time. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. We really appreciate how efficiently they took care of us. Highly recommend this Firestone location!
Excellent considerate service, timely, great price too. This would be my go to car service place if I pass by or live in Pensacola. Was about 10min before closing when we drove in asking if they can fix our slow leaking tire. The excellent service mechanic found the leak before taking in our minivan into the service bay. He guided us to find a particular service manager inside so we can be helped before closing.
