A huge thank you to your staff who helped me today with a shredded tire on a loaded horse trailer. They were packed and busy but took very good care of me and I am quite grateful! You guys rock!
The manager Mike will do anything to not provide the services you pay for. With excuse after excuse his only focus is his personal agenda and he doesnt have any regard for his customers. Allows you to pay for a service then tell you it cant be performed because of various invalid reasons and then refuses a refund. I also make an appointment every time I go and wait on average 1 to 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment before my vehicle is pulled in. This location is horrible.
