I always call around to multiple Firestones and without fail I always end up choosing the Duncanville location. Today I was close to one and went in expecting the same service I normally get at the east camp wisdom location but it definitely didn’t compare. It is the car techs that makes the difference and AD and his team is awesome!!! Really happy that I drove right over and got serviced today. They also always keep cold waters and coffee stocked well for their customers.
I scheduled an appointment to have oil and filter changed and to check my engine belts and hoses. Ulysses, store staff, checked me in for the job and was very courteous and professional! He also called me to approve additional work suggested by the technician. We agreed and the work was completed successfully and promptly in the promised timeframe. Thank you for your professionalism! Great service. I called late in the day and they were able to squeeze me in. Royal! Royal was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He volunteered to say late to replace my tires and get me back on the road. Thank you to the staff because I needed tires urgently to take an emergency road trip in the morning. Give them a try if you’re in the area.
