I got off work at the Safeway and my car wouldn't start. When I jumped my vehicle, it was shaking and I did not feel safe driving it; even to the Firestone on the other side of the block. I walked to the shop from my car and Steven was so kind and friendly. He walked back to my vehicle with me to diagnose the issue; which turned out to be loose connector on the battery. I needed some help with my tires & stopped at Firestone off Chandler Blvd in Ahwatukee. They were very helpful & very friendly. I highly recommend them. I will be back next time I need something
The new managers Steve and Dom are the most amazing people I have ever met. They took amazing care of me and my car. I didn’t have to wait very long. They explained what I needed and why and what was the most important repair I needed to take care of first to make sure my car could get on the road safely. I will always recommend this store to my friends and family!
Stephan was amazing! Great customer service. I had a nail in my tire and it was taken care of within 30 minutes. Thanks again!
