I had done some services at this location in the past, however I will not be returning after my most recent visit. I had dropped my vehicle off the morning of 1/4 for an oil change + induction cleaning. Following the visit, I find a pair of Ray Bans sunglasses missing from my glove box and charges totaling $360 in "Uber Cash" on the HSA card I had stored in my center console. Very nice young lady behind the counter. We came in for a simple oil change without calling first and we were welcomed in with a smile and although she told us roughly an hour we were only there 10 minutes when the technician pulled our car in and completed the service. We will definitely be back with our other vehicles.
Dereck & Dominique were very welcoming & friendly! Got my 4Runner realigned with no issues. This will be my new Firestone location.
