Dre was incredibly helpful today! They got me in same day and helped me replace my tires in an efficient manner.
Excellent customer service. Got me right in and made my experience very pleasant. Carlos is the man and I highly recommend anyone with any tire issues to stop by and he’ll get you covered. The lobby was very clean and on a hot day temperature was nice and cool.
I have been a Firestone customer for 30 years. However this will be my new location. I visited there recently because I was in the area and I will keep going back because I had excellent service as normal and the customer service that Steve showed me was top-notch. Dominique and Carlos teamed up to help me get great tires on short notice at a great price. I was able to get it all taken care of while I was at work, and picked it up on lunch. Smooth transaction and terrific customer service.
