Derek is absolutely AMAZING! We were just about to leave for a road trip when we noticed our hood latch was malfunctioning. After fiddling with it ourselves and having no luck, we stopped by this Firestone for a last-ditch attempt at sorting it before we had to hit the road with a janky hood. For showing up as impromptu as we did, we didn't expect to be helped- but Derek jumped right on it and got the latch working again within a few minutes.
