RecommendedI’ve been to Firestone several times and there usually is a different manager each time. I walked in this time for an inspection without an appointment and they fit me in. My light was on so I know I needed a part.. they were able to fix it on the spot and I had to drive it to clear the codes. Came back today, again without an appointment, Nick saw me pull in the parking area and recognized my car and came out to meet me with the machine to see if it would clear. Horrible experience! Wont be back. Kept adding things to my bill. Over $1300 when all I wanted was an inspection! Told me 2 hours, ended up being over 5 hours.
I was so impressed with the service ,they made sure everything was working correctly,even when there was a glitch,they fixed it n charged accordingly ,they definitely have a new customer ty
They were fair and honest and able to fix my tire and get me on my way!!

Came in for a new brake line and front brakes. Tom the manager worked hard and stayed late to get the job done today. Kudos.
