This location refused to honor my lifetime alignment contract. I was turned away with no service complete after waiting for 2 hours after my appointment time. Absolutely the worst service. Will never return. Going to tell as many patrons as possible never to come here. Going to post this abhorrent experience on as many social platforms as possible. Considering a lawsuit to get my money refunded for refusal to perform service. Completely unacceptable.

I had an 8:00 AM appointment last Friday to replace 3 tires, 4 TPMS sensors, and get an alignment. I made it very clear that I needed the car back by 2:30 PM. When I called at 12:30 to check in, I was told it might not be ready until 3:00. I asked them to stop work so I could pick it up, and the tech said he’d check with the assistant manager and call me back — but no one ever did. A 1:00PM appointment time was set for a new tire and oil change. Just now leaving at 6:30PM. Why bother with setting the appointment!? NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

I sat in the waiting room for almost 9 hours and left with half the requested work completed; with a confirmed appoint at 8am. The manager struggled to handle multiple cars while ineffectively processing work orders(being there that long I got to see her work her whole shift, make the phone calls, and interact with all the customers) which lead to me sitting for so long and work not being completed.
