I sat in the waiting room for almost 9 hours and left with half the requested work completed; with a confirmed appoint at 8am. The manager struggled to handle multiple cars while ineffectively processing work orders(being there that long I got to see her work her whole shift, make the phone calls, and interact with all the customers) which lead to me sitting for so long and work not being completed. Hey, listen, Colby took great care of me this morning. He identified the tire over the phone located one at a local store and provided two boat trailer tire change outs all within About an hour and a half, And with the military discount. Saved my whole day! In addition, he and the team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the car and trailer, tires, and hours in inquiring about. I’ll stick with his A-Team!
