Made an appointment, arrived and was told that it could be 2 hours. I asked what was the purpose of the appointment and that it was a simple flat repair. The manager got rude and said she didn't need my business. Will never go there again.
Went for a wheel alignment and the text and crew were able to identify issues with my internal tire rods. They’re able to get me in the next day with parts ordered and service my truck. Also provided a military discount and Casey and Jose provided excellent customer service to what needed to be done.
Great staff in/out quickly gor type of service
I had my rear brakes on my 2015 Lexus GS350 recently replaced because of the squeaking sound emanating from either the rotors or brake pads. Well not long after that job was done, the noise is still there. I will call them back and alert them and see what they plan on doing. I believe the pads or rotors are warranted for life. My have to use OEM parts.
Was told the grinding sound my car was making was brakes and calipers, trusted the work to be done would fix the problem Paid almost $1500, new brakes and caliper Sound persists, and it turns out it was just rotar dust shields. Could have put new shields on for a negligible amount once they were already working on the car, but ended up leaving without the initial issue taken care of at all. Would be a one star, but I suppose they did technically put new brakes on, despite that not being the cause of the sound.
