Went in for an engine check, I knew my ignition coils and spark plugs were bad. They charged me $150 to tell me nothing else was wrong. The estimate they gave me was for $2000 and 4.5 hours labor. $900 for proprietary parts and labor. I did the work in 90 minutes, and autozone charged me 450 for lifetime warranty parts. I've gone to Firestone for 10 years when a job is an inconvenience, and I will never come back. Y'all can make your profits, it won't be at my expense.
