They were fabulous for us today! We were driving from Asheville NC and got really worried we wouldn’t find a mechanic nearby that was open and able to see us so quickly. They saw us the same day, the cost was lower than expected, and Timber helped us and was fantastic! Great experience all around!
Very good service - they had my tire in stock. Service advisor 3, Guillermo, was very helpful and considerate.
The staff was friendly, informative, and willing to help in any way. Wesley broke down everything that needed to be down, explained what was most important, and gave me a detailed financial breakdown. They were an amazing staff! Definitely will be back!
Please do not come here unless you want to spend a lot of money on unnecessary things. My car has been looked at 4 times here and it has broken down every time. We took my car somewhere else and they said I didn’t need any of the extra things they added to my car. My boss said that this place is a scam and they are living up to it!
