I feel compelled to leave this review as I do not want others to be mislead by the reputation that Firestone earned years ago. I have been a loyal customer of Firestone in Hixson, TN for over 25 years. I will not be using their services anytime in the future. As I understand it Firestone has changed hands at least 4 times and has increasingly declined in their services. My recent, April 11, 2025, experience was to have only an oil change. Got 4 new tires out on wanted to save my old front tires ,they forgot to save ,went back next morning and was going to get tires , still didn't get both tires that I had . Wasn't very impressed !
Great and fast service for oil change and alignment. Won’t hesitate to come back
