Thomas, Jimmy, Alex, and Liam are amazing! Thomas even stayed late to help! After other shops told me they couldn’t/wouldn't help, I stopped by Firestone. During a 5.5 hour drive, my vehicle under-shielding came loose and was scraping every small bump in the road. Even though they weren’t sure if they had the right parts, they told me that no matter, they would figure something out.
