Excellent customer service and work, even when you can't make an appointment
It was a different experience. Went in for an oil change. When they were done it was more expensive than I anticipated. As I was walking out I looked at my invoice and noticed they put the wrong oil in my vehicle. They half heartedly argued with me but said they will put the correct oil in it. Which they did. After I left I smelled oil burning and they had spilled oil all over the top of my engine. And when I looked the bottom of my vehicle was covered as well.
They are always professional, friendly, and provide quality fast service. Highly recommend their work and team to anyone who wants to keep their basic car care in one system. They always do a fantastic job. Always professional quality staff and work at every visit. Excellent skills and informed advice on how to best take care of your vehicle. Extra care taken at checkout to help apply applicable coupons or discounts. Superior customer service.
I just moved to Springfield from coastal NC and wanted a full checkup, tires, brakes, and alignment done before encountering serious winter weather for the first time in 15 years. When I walked in I was greeted by name (I had an appointment). The tech was super friendly (I wish I could remember his name because he was great!). I learned a very valuable piece of information about my car today courtesy of Alex! He helped me with an issue with my car that I could not figure out for the life of me, and gave me the explanation I needed for it free of charge. Fast, efficient, and very professional. Would highly recommend taking your car to these guys, especially for winter related care.
