Very friendly and knowledgeable, had some issues with getting correct parts at first but they got me a car to use until mine was done. Overall great customer service!
We stopped by this Firestone during our road trip when we noticed our tire pressure was higher than it should be. Thomas was genuinely kind. He took the time to helped us adjust the tire pressure without making it feel like a hassle at all. It was such a small thing, but it made a big difference for us while traveling. Really appreciate the help
