Picture this: You drive almost 2 hours away from your home to a city you're not familiar with, spend the whole day there and come back to your vehicle with a flat tire. That's the exact situation I was in a few days ago. AAA was NOT responding, and with a barely functioning spare on my car I put it into drive, threw on my hazard lights and drove 30mph to the nearest tire shop- this Firestone location. I have to say that the workers at Firestone were the best and friendly. I look forward to coming back to have any more work done when needed. Give them a pat on the back, or raise they deserve it.
Jimmy and Mac saved the day. My mother and I broke down 12 miles away from Firestone they had us back on the road as soon as we got to the shop with an Uber. They are amazing and I thank god for them fellas they made the rest of the day go smoothly. Again thank you
I went to go get my air looked at inspected. I come back. He does not know a dan thing of what’s going on not a lick. After it all after it all I come back to my car smell like must and butt please wash yourself if you’re gonna get in somebody else’s car. Paid $70 for an inspection and got I don’t knows and a whole lot of time wasted
Jimmy Thomas and John all worked together to get me on the road again after a flat tire on the spot with minimal weight as a walk-in great guys thank you.
