Great service
I've been doing business with Firestone for nearly 20 years in 4 different states. The customer service has unfortunately declined continuously. However, this location and more particularly the service from James was abysmal! Appointment times don't matter. My last few visits I've sat and waited 3-4 hours. I'm no mechanic, but I know it doesn't take 4 hours to do an oil change. James would benefit from customer service training.
James is the man! These guys always steer me in the right direction for upkeep on my truck. The tires they recommended for me are top notch and I got a great deal on them. I’ll be bringing my cars to this location for any and all upkeep moving forward.
Staff was personable and helpful and kept me informed of what was going on with my car/repairs.
I had to wait so long even though I called about the service.
