I am very disappointed with their service. I took my vehicle there for a State Inspection, left it at 7:30am with only 4 vehicles ahead of me. I was surprised to find out that at 6pm my vehicle wasn't inspected and that I had to wait till Monday to get it done. There's no way that an Inspector will only do 4 vehicles per day, they lie and that's a bad business practice. I hit a wicked pot hole, busted a tire and Firestone was the closest repair shop so I limped my way there- with no appointment and a full day ahead. Kevin was super kind and helpful, got me four new tires (I was due!) and back on my way. A flat tire can really ruin a day, but in this case it felt like the opposite was true. When someone really works to help you, it makes such a difference. With all that is happening in the world these days, a little kindness goes a long way. Thanks Kevin!
I landed at this Firestone location after my car wouldn’t start about a mile away from the store. This was one of the best experiences I have had getting my car worked on- from the first interaction with Kevin, I was comfortable & knew he was someone who would do what he could to help me. He was in touch the next day & when my car had been looked at and testing had been run, he called and explained to me that a bad alternator had been installed when I had gotten my car worked on.
