My husband got there today at 7:30 AM for an oil change in the state inspection and they did not take his car back until after 4pm. When he got there first thing in the morning and they said there were only four vehicles ahead of his There was no reason to believe he shouldn’t have waited for it. They finished with his truck at 6:45 PM. They didn’t have to fix anything from the state inspection just the oil change. He was there for a total of over 11 hours. Kevin and Tim assisted me with care. They took care of my needs and even did more than asked. It’s the little things that make me want to go back to this location.
James that works at the front desk is very rude and should not be working with customers. He was disrespectful when speaking with my mother and aunt. The company needs to reevaluate their staff. We did not get service due to the poor attitude, and poor customer service.
I've been going to this Firestone for quite a while and have never had a bad experience with them. They have always been fair and straight with me. I do recommend them to others.
This store went beyond my expectations! Came in last minute with no appointment and they were able help me out and it didn’t take long. The one who helped me out the most was Kevin, he was very honest and informative about the information provided to me about my car. Been to many mechanics and these people went above and beyond.
