I think that they do a fabulous job of being thorough, but their prices are kind of high. If it weren't for my Firestone card I couldn't have gotten two new tires. However, they are comparable to other places, that's why I gave 4 stars. 5 would be if it hasn't taken almost 2 hours with an appt to get two tires put on my van, especially since I had an appt...
