Unfortunately this firestone location has no sense of time. I know that mounting, balancing and aligning the tires is not a two second job. But when they say that they can get it done before closing, and you come back and they haven't even touched the car at closing time (3 hours later) its a bit ridiculous. This is the second time this has happened to me. Its a shame because the customer service is great the guys are knowledgeable and funny. But do not know what they can get done in a day.
